About the project
Together with Barnabás Gőz, I developed BIMUN: Digital Passport to address the conference’s logistical and communication challenges. We initiated and built the app with instant notifications, digital badges for check-in, live agendas, and committee information. According to BIMUN mentor Tünde Holik’s recommendation, over 93% of participants downloaded and actively used the app. Alongside the app, I coordinated technical operations for the five-day conference of approximately 500 attendees, built an infotainment system, and managed technical delivery and support throughout the event.
